日本の心、伝統の技、水墨画イベント終了
Sumi-e’s live painting with workshop for brushes finished.
今回はいつものライブペインティングに加え、水墨画のお話もふんだんに盛り込んで、しかも筆使いのレクチャーもしてしまうという、盛り沢山な内容でした。
いつもはあまり語ったことのない、水墨画の歴史的なこと、なぜ白黒で描くのか、など。
日本には禅宗とともに中国から伝わってきた水墨画、やはり無の境地への修行の一つとして嗜まれていたものが、芸術となっていったんですね、
また、掛け軸についても詳しく説明しました。
画賛という、水墨画独特の詩文を絵に書き加えることを言いますが、もともとは絵を見た作者とは別の人物が書き入れるものだったんですね
今では、画家が自らの絵の説明をする相応しい補文として使われているものです。
日本の芸術にはシンプルにして、削ぎ落として、取り去った何もないところに美意識を見出すんですね
そのあたりの西洋文化の自己主張とは違う芸術への態度を伝えられたら、と思います。
ライブペインティングは琵琶奏者のふうさんに即興で伴奏していただきました！
イベント終了後はお時間ある方で座談会です。質疑応答など、個人的にお話することもできた有意義な会でした。
This event including of talk show about sumi-e painting and little lesson of art-work and live paint sumi-e as well.
I haven’t talked about the things like history of sumi-e and big question about why we draw in black and white only.
Sumi-e came in Japan from China with Zen of Buddism, and became art after many years by changing drawer.
Also I explained about scrolls.
There are poem with Sumi-e art traditionally to explain how beautiful they are, so that used to be writing by somebody besides painter, but now, painter are writing by themselves.
Japanese Art will find beauty in simple and taking most of the things, then again think what we have in empty.
I’d like to tell people about the sensitivity of different mentality from western culture.
Live painting was hold by Biwa( japanese lute) of Fuu-san.
After all, we had talking party to ask all the details what we felt.
